Compensation: RMB 20–30K/month | Tech Stack: QT C++ / QML + Agile Development


Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and debug system software for medical imaging instruments.

• Handle functional-module design, implementation, and code review.

• Verify and validate software functionality and performance.

• Work with UI/UX engineers on interface-function design.

• Prepare software DHF and related technical documentation.


Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, software engineering, biomedical engineering, or a related discipline.

• More than 3 years of QT C++ software-development experience.

• Familiar with QT C/C++ and QML development methods.

• Understanding of agile development methodologies.

• Experience in medical imaging or medical devices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and optimize process standards for the full piezoelectric-ceramic production flow, including granulation, forming, sintering, and machining.

• Lead process issue analysis and closed-loop problem solving; independently design dual-factor comparison experiments and deliver validation reports.

• Promote process stability and production yield improvement to ensure mass-production quality and efficiency.


Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Materials Science and Engineering, Inorganic Non-metallic Materials, Functional Ceramics, Electronic Ceramics, or related majors.

• Experience in the piezoelectric-ceramics industry is preferred; familiarity with key processes such as forming and sintering is a plus.

• Proficient in DOE design and data analysis, with capabilities in failure analysis and process optimization.

• Logical, rigorous, and able to work in a production-oriented environment with strong closed-loop problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote optimization of R&D business processes and improve R&D efficiency.

• Coordinate projects, including task assignment, progress tracking, regular meeting organization, data statistics, and issue management.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the sales and promotion of industrial ultrasound / underwater-acoustics transducers, piezoelectric ceramics, and related products, and achieve sales targets.

• Develop customers in underwater detection, sonar, industrial inspection, and intelligent manufacturing.

• Work with R&D and technical teams to provide customized solutions.

• Participate in exhibitions, technical exchanges, and customer visits to enhance brand influence.

• Manage the full sales cycle, including quotations, contracts, collections, and after-sales follow-up.


Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in underwater acoustics engineering, electronic engineering, or related majors; fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of experience are welcome.

• CET-4 or above (CET-6 preferred), with fluent spoken English.

• Understanding of transducers and piezoelectric-ceramic principles, or related industry experience, is preferred.

• Strong customer-development, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Responsible, resilient under pressure, and adaptable to travel.
